Transformers Has Landed at Genting Highlands Malaysia

Who's a transformers fan here? Who? Who?
Well guys, good news.. Yupp the rumors are true, transformers has landed here in Malaysia at Genting Highlands.
Yess.. and it is the Largest Transformers Expo in Asia! Only at Resorts World Genting.

So yesterday I was invited by Genting for their Grand Launch of The Transformers Expo at Genting Highlands. The grand launch was graced by the guest of honour YB Dato' Seri Mohamed Nazrin Bin Tan Sri Abdul Aziz, Minister of Tourisim and Culture Malaysia. Other guest included Dato' Sri lee Chong Yan, President and Chief Operating Officer of Genting Malaysia and Mr Raymond Tew, Chief Executive Officer of Target Exposition Sdn Bhd.

Woaaaa... Genting was chilly than ever, maybe cause robot aliens has landed and they can't risk their temperature to rise. Hikhik.. ok that wasn't funny.

If you guys are aware, this year is The Visit Malaysia Year 2014 and Hasbro's Transformers Expo 2014 is expected to have more than 250 thousand visitors during this Chinese New Year Festive Season. But this expo won't be here long, its held for only 17 days from the 31st January until 16 Febuary. So don't miss your chance to catch your favourite robotic aliens live.

Since I was there at The Grand Launching I had a chance myself for a sneak peak of the Cybertron World. Well it wasn't a sneak peak actually, we had a chance to actually see the exhibitions for ourselves, but it wasn't fully finished yet since it will only to be opened to public this 31st January. But still I was excited like, wohoaaaa I'm gonna see Optimus Prime bitches! Ehh.. tercarut pulak, sorry.

The exhibition consist of 6 exhibition halls. The first hall features the years of Transformers from the early days till now. For me I ain't a deep fan of transformers but I did watch all its movies so I don't know much of the transformers history, so this was a bit exciting for me to read.

Here are some of the History of Transformers

Then, for those collectors, you guys will surely love the second hall. There are over 1520 collectibles and memorabilia contributed by Malaysian fans of Transformers that call themselves TransMy. Shocking! Really to see so much displays of the old action figures till now of Transformers.

Crazy right? How many years of transformers evolution.

Then there's a hall where boys and men could stay there for hours. Seriously no kidding, cause their showcasing Chervolet's Camaro that was bumble bee transformed too during the movie. Yes no kidding, the car was freaking awesome.

People were crowding to take pictures with this car, I'm lucky enough I had a picture.

After the excitement with the car, we entered the the War Zone! Its dark and its a 3D walk to Cybertron world. They made really cool paintings here.

Escaping from that kids will surely love this, were going to enter the 3D Tunnel. The tunnel made up of 6 units of 84-inch Toshiba 4K Ultra HD resolution screens that you will be experiencing scences from the transformers movie in 3D.

The specs were bit humangous for me, but still I had fun experiencing 3D

Then comes the best part, the core of the expo where you will get to see the 23 feet tall Optimus Prime and over 18 feet tall Bumble Bee. These Transformers are brand new and made by a Malaysian artist team. These two gigiantic piece of art is worth about RM2 million. Yes! RM2 MILLION people, for transformers to look so alive, to look so real.

And the expo ends here.
Honestly I was a bit dissapointed that I didn't get to see mini transformers walking around during the expo, at least there was a photo opportunity. But then during the press conference, they say that their still rushing to complete the expo since the expo is still not 100% finished yet.
Plus during the expo there will also be many giveaways and chances to win prizes, contest, stage performances, merchandises and souveniers, all that is coming. So I'm looking forward to the expo once its opened to public.

Ticket prices are

Adults : RM55
Kids (4-12): RM45
Senior Citizens : RM45
Families ( 2 Adults 2 Kids) : RM180

Tickets can be purchaced at

Genting is currently freezing right now, and its in Malaysia.
For those who had never experienced winter tempreture before why not take this chance and catch transformers live also.
Heeee.. I was also freezing at that time, I wasn't expecting Genting to be that cold. LOL

Also bought home lots of goodies!
Thank you so much Resorts World Genting

23 January 2014

Hye peeps, so I've been having a lot of questions from my friends recently about Internet Banking. For me, living in such a hustle bustle lifestyle, I really don't have any time to waste and that is one of the main reasons why I am so lazy to queue up and pay my bills at counters.

Since I had a car under my name, dad would transfer money into my account and made sure that I was the one to pay the bill every month and I knew it would be such a nuisance to make a commitment and go to the bank every month just to get my bill settled. Since my loan was under CIMB I called them was there an easier way to pay the loan every month and they suggested to open a CIMB account with CIMB Clicks. And for sure it was a great suggestion.

New Year, New Changes, New Faces!

Hellloooooooooo everyone! So how have you guys been doing so far for this year?
Well I'm doing just fine for now, but I'm extremely missing blogging and events.
Finally I got out of hell semester 2 and believe me I don't want to go through a semester like that anymore, it made me feel like a living zombie. Even I got confused either I was dead or alive.
I simply had no interest in socialising, it was me and work. Gosh the work was craazzzzy I tell ya.

Enough of that, so you guys noticed anything different?
Oh yeahhhh , you got that one right. Got my old blog a brand new face, it deserves one already.
The last design seems to be so cold, I'm trying to make my blog more cheerful and neat. Oh yeahh.. But still I'm working on the neat part. hehe... sowwwyy

Anyways what do you guys think about this?

So so so?
What do you guys think?
A new face for my blog and finally I have finalized a logo for miracikcit.blogspot.com.
Do you get the logo? Its Mira @ Cikcit , as you see I've combined the a and the c to create and @ .
Genius right?
LOL ... even my baby sis could figure that out.

It took me a bout a week to get the perfect logo that I wanted and it may look simple, but bloody hell gave me a disastrous headache.
I was to fussy, I wanted a really simple design and at the same time looked elegant as well but I just wanted two colours and I specifically only chose scripts fonts as the only options. Goshh.. If I have another one of me and we both work together, my life would be a living hell. Don't you think so?

With the excitement of a new logo and a new face for my blog, I thought I should expand my scribbles.. hewhew.. (rhestissss jap.. whatever it means).
Ok ok.. If you guys have noticed, I don't promote my facebook account at my blog. Haaaa.. baru perasan kan? Kan?
Why you ask? Cause a girl got to have her privacy too right?
Well, lets just say I'm specifying my facebook account for those only who I know. Yes, its top secret in there. Haha..
Kidding only laaa.. I just wanted an account that was a space for my friends and family only.

Butttt.. Since from the past year I had a few request, well lets say a lot of friend request from bloggers, I decided tooooo.....

Yeszza! A facebook account for all, especially for bloggers!
(ehh jap kantoi la pulak pakai google translate.. ok jatuh reputasi jap.. haha)

Well its still empty though, just though of doing so an hour ago. I've decided that this facebook account will be set up public and of course you guys are welcome to be friends with me at this account.
Make sure its main name is Mira Cikcit, cause if your searching and Amira Shaiful comes out, that one is private. Sorry guys, I still have a lot of friend request pending in that account, but for this new account I'll make sure to approve anyone. So lets be friends shall we?

I think I have enough of a talk. Just to get you guys updated. So if you guys don't mind, why not add me as a friend. I'll be waitinggggg... macam desperate sangat je bunyi.. haha..
Ok bye guys! See ya

Digi Challenge For Change

Happy Sunday peeps!
So have you guys ever heard of Digi Challenge For Change Contest?
Don't tell me you haven't, cause its everywhere.

What is Digi Challenge For Change you say?
Well its an effort from Digi to collect ideas from Malaysians to create the best apps that will be useful for us.
Yes.. applications for your phones, Digi is hunting down ideas from you.

For your info, its now the fifth time for DCFC and if you have been paying attention carefully to Play Store for those who are using android phones, you guys must have already came across to the previous apps that had won DCFC.

This year Digi tends to make DCFC more bigger and stronger. With four categories to offer, and to help maximise the quality and potential of each idea and mobile app, DiGi has also established two development events as part of the programme, namely #IDEAJAM, an ‘idea hackathon’, and #HACK!@DiGiCFC, a ‘mobile app hackathon’.

Digi has also partnered up with 1 Malaysia for Youth (iM4U) to encourage youth to also participate and contribute ideas. Not only with iM4U but also with Economic Transformation Programme (ETP), Digital Malaysia, Google Malaysia, and Microsoft Malaysia continue to support DiGiCFC as partners.

This Challenge for Change is open to Malaysians from 12 years old and above and is carried out in 2 phases.

Ideation Challenge (27 November 2013 to 18 January 2014)
This phase  is where the ideas from the public are submitted.

App Development Challenge (26 January 2014 to 24 April 2014)
During this phase, the 4 best app that are selected will undergo the development of the app and soon these apps will be available for download to the public. The most popular app will be counted as the winner for DiGiCFC.

What makes it more exciting is that the prizes they offer are superbly awesome

More than RM200,000 in cash and experiential prizes are up for grabs this year, including:
·       RM5,000 and a smartphone for each of the top 4 idea finalists
·       RM25,000 for each winning app in the respective categories
·       RM25,000 for the best overall idea winner of the DiGi Innovation Award
·       Telenor Group Award for the best developer / team
·       A host of promotions and go-to-market support from DiGi.

With that much to offer, who wouldn't want to give it a try right?
Well I've already submitted my idea, but still I want to submit again. Would you like to join me?

First step you could choose either one of these social platforms to get you registered.

Then key in your personal details for step 2

Then fill up the idea of your app, name your app, explain to them how useful your app will be for Malaysians.
My idea?

Tadaaaa.. I submitted 2 ideas already.
One of them is this, Manage Me
