OMG!! It has been a year since my last visit here to Genting.
So when I was invited by RW Genting to catch their latest show there I was super excited!
Honestly saying I wasn't so excited because of the show but getting back up at Genting.
Cause I didn't grow up watching ultraman, I was a more of a Disney kid back then.
So when I watched this show I was kinda blurry, but the other bloggers seemed to have an amazing time.
Anyways, the famous Japanese Superheroes, Ultraman has landed at Resorts World Genting and this is the biggest Ultraman live show outside of Japan! I was really amazed on how many Ultraman actually existed. I just thought there was only one.
The show features Ultraman Zero, Ultraman Ginga, Ultraman Tiga, and five other Ultramans namely Ultraman, Seven, Taro, Cosmos and Mebius together with two infamous kaiju Alien Baltan and Ultraman Belial.
‘Ultraman Live in Genting 2015’ produced by Tsuburaya Productions is customized with an all new story board for the Malaysian audience and Resorts World Genting.
The highlight of this show is the high-tech stagecraft and thrilling action scenes that promise audience an energetic, participation and exciting time throughout the entire performance.
An indeed yes it is, the high-tech stagecraft is what I was focusing on the whole time. Even though for a one hour show without any changes of set, the show seemed to capture the audience well. The show used a projector throughout the show to change to different kinds of backgrounds for the show. And it seems also that the whole show was based on miming back the dialogues cause obviously all the actors were in suites and mask. They were acting out to the dialogue only.
The showroom was loaded with children! This show is also a show where they interacted with the audience. They were dancing, singing and even a bit of games throughout the show. I was surprised also on how some parents are really supportive with their children and playing along. It sure did put a lot of happy faces on the kids and even the adults.
Me myself also found myself getting happy when they realease gigantic balloons all over the showroom. And the most funny part was the adults getting more excited over the kids.
Overall the show was fun. The children were happy, the adults were also happy. The crowd que up a massive line after the show just to take a picture with the Ultramans. Imagine how Ultraman fanatic they are.
So if you are planning for a short vac this weekend and don't know where to take the kids, you could just head to Genting and treat them with this show. You yourself might like it more than your kids. LOL.
Till then peeps!
